Unfortunately, there may be some occasions when we fail to fulfil your expectations; therefore, we have created a simple, clear procedure to set out how we will deal with any complaints.

The complaint will be recorded on our systems. The person handling it will respond in writing within three business days acknowledging receipt and giving the client their contact details, name and position. We will contact you by email.
